Sarah & Ben shared their day with their nearest and dearest out in the rainforest of Springbrook at the ever beautiful Bower estate back in June 2021.
We asked them a few questions about their day and lead up below 👇🏼
Where did you get married and
what made you choose that venue/area?
" The Bower Estate (Natural Bridge, QLD). We loved the outdoor setting of the venue with all the greenery and rainforest. It was the perfect backdrop for a magical day. "
For those future brides and grooms out there,
What advice would you give now after having your day?
" Relax and enjoy the day as much as you can. What will be, will be and things will go wrong, but no one but you will know, so it’s not worth stressing over. It goes so quickly so take it all in! "
Was there a moment in the day that stood out for you both?
" Sitting at the bridal table during the reception and taking a moment to take in what had happened during the day. Looking around at eachother and all of our loved ones who were there to celebrate with us and knowing how incredibly lucky we were.
It was also a special day for us with Sarah being 10 weeks pregnant with our son and knowing that he was a part of the day. Adam and Lexi did a few little ‘maternity’ shots for us during our couple photos, which we will cherish forever. "
How did you find your wedding vendors?
" We found all of ours through social media and through recommendations :) Some we had been following for a while and knew that we wanted to use them (like Wild Creative) and some were recommended to us (like Leisa our celebrant). "
How was your whole process and
experience with Wild creative media?
" Our day would not have been what it was without Adam and Lexi. Everything went so smoothly right from when we first contacted them to enquire, all the way until the end of the day and receiving all our photos and videos back. They are so professional, yet so friendly and easygoing. It felt more like having friends at our wedding rather than vendors and we honestly couldn’t have asked for anyone better. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for an amazing photographer and videographer. We’ll continue to use them for things like family shoots because we love them so much and their work is incredible. "
Lastly, Top tips for those getting married soon?
" Don’t sweat the small stuff. As long as you get to marry your partner, your wedding will be amazing even if things go wrong. If you’re tossing up whether to get videography or not, do it! It’s well worth the money and you will get to look back on it forever and see your loved ones reactions and all the details and memories that might not be remembered through photos.
